Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. Shipping prices include the cost of Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Orders are processed in the order they are received and items usually ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. During peak times of the year please allow longer processing times. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Painted Acres Gift Store.  If you are not satisfied with your item (excludes defective or damaged items) you must contact us with-in 5 days of receipt of the item prior to any return via Email customerservice@paintedacresgiftstore.com.  If a return approval is given from us, the item must be returned with all original packaging and shipped to us pre-paid postage or freight.  When the item is received by us undamaged, complete and non-defective we will issue a refund check or by Paypal for the amount of the Merchandise Returned (and Sales Tax if Applicable) from your purchase less the original shipping and handling.  Shipping and Handling is Non-Refundable.
