We will then take any further steps needed to take care of the situation. Do not send the product back without contacting us first. No items will be accepted without preauthorization. If you are not satisfied with your item (excludes defective or damaged items) you must contact us with-in 5 days of receipt of the item prior to any return via Email customerservice@paintedacresgiftstore.com. If a return approval is given from us, the item must be returned with all original packaging and shipped to us pre-paid postage or freight. When the item is received by us undamaged, complete and non-defective we will issue a refund check or through Paypal for the amount of the Merchandise Returned (and Sales Tax if Applicable) from your purchase less the original shipping and handling. Shipping and Handling is Non-Refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items (excluding defective merchandise).
